Alan Killebrew and Chuck Gorman became friends in high school and are acting principals of Exterior Motives. While both enjoy the sense of accomplishment in working with great clients and building exceptional homes, they play distinct roles. Alan handles the business side of home building, making sure the work is completed on time and within budget, while Chuck manages the onsite build. Both take great pride in their work and enjoy cooking, skiing, and playing golf in their down time. Jerry Tillem joined Exterior Motives after 40 years of business experience in Atlanta. He brings a wealth of experience, business acumen, and has contributed significantly to Exterior Motives’ growth.
